Things will shift + sway depending on weather and our energy levels, but this give you a general idea of the plan :
Day 1 - FRIDAY MARCH 22
Fly into Cancun, Mexico. Hop in the private shuttle van that will transport you and the other guests to the retreat space. We'll get to know each other while we tour of the grounds and enjoy a communal dinner.
Day 2 - SATURDAY MARCH 23
We're diving right in. Enjoy a day at the beach. View the Mayan ruins from the boat and enjoy some snorkeling. Not into it? That's fine! Soak up the sun while laying in the sand. You are not required to participate in any of the week's adventures or activties. We'll still love ya.
Day 3 - SUNDAY MARCH 24
Practice yoga in the morning, lounge by the jungle pool, and enjoy a sound bath meditation in the evening. During mid-day, feel free to wander into town and explore. We'll bike or walk through the streets snapping pics of beautiful street art, eating paletas (fresh fruit popsicles), and we'll eat all the el pastor tacos we can manage.
Day 4 - MONDAY MARCH 25
Visit a beautiful natural cenote. Ours is a little bit of a drive away, but we'll most likely be the only ones there. In the evening, we will gather for a sweat lodge ceremony - an experience that you'll remember and may potentially shape you for the rest of your life.
Day 5 - TUESday MARCH 26
It's time to tour the Mayan ruins. No, you can't climb up these, but they are some of the most beautiful as they're situated along the cliffs overlooking the ocean. If the tide is right we can swim in the waters near the ruins. Afterwards, we'll sip some cocktails on the beach.
Day 6 - WEDNESDAY MARCH 27
Enjoy your final full day doing whatever you crave more of. If you haven't enjoyed a spa or therapy treatment, now is the time. Anything else your heart desires can be arranged.
Day 7 - THURSDAY MARCH 28
Enjoy your final morning in a slow manner. We'll practice a walking meditation through the art pathway in the morning, followed by some yoga + a closing ceremony before packing up and boarding the shuttle back to the airport.
