TULUM PACKING LIST

We’re headed to the jungle! Tulum is a magical little town host to ancient Mayan ruins, beautiful natural cenotes, and white sand beaches. Don’t let packing for all that overwhelm you, below is what you’ll need to bring. Please let me know if it seems like I’ve forgotten something major!

  • Passport

  • Address of retreat space (I'll email it to you!)

  • Cash + Credit / Debit Card

  • Book or E-Reader 

  • Small journal + pen 

  • Camera & Extra battery / Charger 

  • Phone & Cord & headphones

  • A smaller change purse or day bag for strolling around

  • Headlamp (optional)

  • Water bottle 

  • Shoes for walkin' the ruins

  • Flipflops / Sandals

  • Socks + undies + bras

  • Bathing suit

  • Sun hat 

  • Sunglasses

  • Two outfits for practicing yoga - whatever that looks like to you

  • Flowy / loose clothing for practicing meditation and yoga nidra

  • A dress or two

  • 3 or 4 tanks / tops

  • 2 or 3 skirts / shorts

  • 1 pair of pants

  • Sweater or sweatshirt (mainly for chilly airports)

  • Raincoat

  • Sarong or coverup or Turkish towel or travel scarf (you'll want this for yoga nidra + meditation)

Toiletries such as :

  • Medication

  • Deodorant

  • Toothbrush + paste

  • Soap

  • Shampoo + Conditioner

  • Razor

  • Hairbrush + hair ties

  • Sunscreen

  • Chapstick with SPF

  • Bugspray

  • Makeup 

What to leave at home ::

  • wedding rings / flashy jewelry / designer bags

  • expectations + fear of the unknown
